RETURN POLICY

 

      • Return Policy
  • Overview: We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your items to initiate a return.
  • Starting a Return: To begin the return process, please email us at cielohairsalon@yahoo.com.
    • Return Address: For online-only items, we will provide the warehouse address via email upon your request.
    • Store Credit: Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT only; we do not provide refunds to your original payment method.
    • Return Conditions:
      • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
      • Merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
      • Include the original invoice and a RETURN FORM (if applicable) in your return package. Please complete and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your order to facilitate an exchange (if applicable).
      • If you need a Return Form, kindly email us at cielohairsalon@yahoo.com.
  • Processing Time: Store credit will not be available for future purchases until the return is processed and received. Please allow 3 business days for processing. Once your return is complete, you will receive an e-gift card via email for your store credit, usable both online and in-store.
  • Late Returns: Items returned past the return policy deadline will not be accepted or credited.
  • Shipping Requirements: All returns must be sent using traceable mail (with tracking number). Allow 5-10 days for transit time.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges or store credits will be accepted at our retail locations.
  • Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item, please notify us via email through your account within 3 days of delivery confirmation. After this period, the item will be regarded as wear and tear, with no exceptions.
  • Return Fees: Returns that do not comply with the above criteria will incur an $8.95 shipping fee plus a $10 handling fee for return shipping.
      • Holiday Return Policy
      • Our extended Return Policy is effective from Black Friday. You may return in-store or online purchases up to two weeks after Christmas Day. Full-priced items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY; we do not refund to the original payment method.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items purchased before Black Friday are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.
    • Items without an invoice or gift receipt cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Accessories, handbags, jewelry, shoes, gift items, and final sale items are FINAL SALE, despite the Holiday Return Policy.
    • All items must be returned in the condition they were received, unworn and unwashed.
      • Disclaimer:
      • Monitors can display colors differently due to various settings. The specific computer monitor you are using affects the colors shown. Different devices may yield slightly different color representations. As a result, the colors seen on your screen may not perfectly reflect the actual colors of our fabrics.
