RETURN POLICY

      • Return Policy:  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request return.

      • To start a return please email us at cielohairsalon@yahoo.com
        • Send Online Only Items to the warehouse address that we will email upon return.
        • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
        • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
        • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
        • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.
        • Original invoice must be included in your return package along with a RETURN FORM (If applicable). Please fill out and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your order to receive an exchange. ( If applicable).

        • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed and received. 
        • Items of the Day, Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
        • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
        • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
        • Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website, or in store. 
        • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
        • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
        • Please be sure to allow 5-10 days for transit time. 

        • Exchanges or store credits will be accepted from store/retail locations.
        • If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
        • Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 ship + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.


  • OUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 1, 2021.
    We have an extended Return Policy In-store + Online. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day, which is January 8, 2022, to return an  In-store or Online Purchase. Full priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to Method of Payment!
        •    Items purchased prior to November 1, 2021 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.
        •    Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
        •    Accessories, Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes, gift items and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy.
        •    Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed

  

    Disclaimer: Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Your Desktop and your laptop may give you slightly different color representations of the same material. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on her computer screen may not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our fabrics as they actually are.
