SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $7.00 within the continental US for all orders under $250.00. You will receive a tracking number with your oder and insurance up to $50.00. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order, and 1-3 days to ship. 
  • If you prefer another method of shipping, please email cieloboutiquesm@gmail.com before ordering.
  • Free shipping for orders over $250.00 within the contingent US. 
  • International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, with rates varying per country. If you do not see your country listed, please email us at cieloboutiquesm@gmail.com to have your shipping zone added. 

 

Shipping everywhere else is $18.00 for orders under 5 lbs.

Your order will be shipped vis UPS. 

Return Policy

  • Send all returns to our Encinitas location.
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package along with a RETURN FORM. Please fill out and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your order to receive an exchange.
  • If you require a Return Form, please email us at shopcieloboutiques.com.

  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.
  • Items of the Day, Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website, and ONLY on the website. 
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
  • Please be sure to allow 5-10 days for transit time. 

  • No exchanges or store credits will be accepted from store/retail locations.
  • If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
  • Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 ship + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.




 

Disclaimer: Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Your Desktop and your laptop may give you slightly different color representations of the same material. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on her computer screen may not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our fabrics as they actually are.
